Delivery
Ordered goods are very carefully prepared and packaged, using suitable materials which protect them against impact and provide adequate thermal insulation.

In case of breakage or mishandling of products clients should not accept delivery. Please return the package to us. On receiving it we shall arrange for a new package to be sent to you with the same products at our own expense.
It is possible to have products sent to an address different from your own (simply tell us where the goods have to be sent when ordering).

It is also possible to check delivery status of any goods you have ordered by following the progress of shipment by inserting the tracking code we send to you with the shipment notification..
