Gucci sunglasses 2014: Techno Colour Capsule collection

Gucci presents its new spring/summer 2014 collection evoking glamorous timeless allure with styles that are a blend of sensuality and technology, boasting an ultra-lightweight construction: a technology patented in the Eighties by Safilo Group and reinterpreted today in a new, lighter-than-ever version.

The Techno Colour Capsule Collection includes four sophisticated shapes that evoke Gucci’s distinctive style, a metal body enhanced by exotic colours and graphic lines.

The female styles Gucci GG 4252/S and Gucci GG 4253/S are softly rounded, with an extremely fine steel structure – a minimal design with a glam twist. The colours of the lenses and their mirrored effect highlight the eyes behind them for a seductive look.

Colour combinations have been studied in such way to create a contrast between the sober colour of the frames and the bright mirror effect of the lenses.

The Gucci logo is printed on the lenses and subtly engraved on the ultra-slim temples.


Gucci GG 2245/S has the same structure and colours of the above cited female frames but it is pilot-shaped and therefore perfect for both men and women.


Gucci reproposes a classic and very popular style although redesigned according to the brand's new parametres of colour and lightness: we are talking about the Gucci GG 4262/S whose bridge is embellished with a natural bamboo detail, a Gucci iconic element which reflects the the fashion house’s philosophy: to combine tradition and innovation.
