PDP_Return

You can return your glasses within 30 days from the day you received them. You can request the return from your personal account page. We will send you via e-mail all the instructions.

The glasses can be returned if they are not used, and if shipped back in perfect conditions complete of all the original packaging. There are no restocking fees, but return shipping costs are on the Customer’s charge.

You can exchange your glasses for a different model. You will have to settle the difference, or we will refund it. You can also request a refund, and in this case it will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 working days from the day we receive your return.
