These frames play with the signature studs reminiscent of the hardware elements introduced by Jeanne Toussaint in the 1930s. The temples of the rimless frames, available in classic and innovative shapes, are adorned with intricate ribbed mesh motifs that reimagine Clash de Cartier’s picot studs and clou carrés as a tactile, three-dimensional embellishment. Each piece embodies the duality at the heart of the collection: refined and eccentric, classic, and avant-garde. 

The Santos de Cartier eyewear collection builds on its connection to the legendary Santos watch, emphasizing bold design and enduring craftsmanship. This season, the collection expands with a new range of interpretations, each reflecting the enduring legacy with the signature timepiece through distinctive screw details. Daring constructions in metal feature striking faceted details inspired by the watch’s strap, while lightweight titanium optical frames ensure flexibility and comfort. The collection is further elevated with an exclusive limited-edition style, enriched with refined rubber inserts on the front and temple tips—an homage to the Santos watch’s rubber strap. A new black PVD finishing adds to the color palette of the titanium construction.
