All our products have a 24 months product guarantee that covers manufacturing defects. To inquire about a defect you can write to us to support@otticanet.com attaching a picture. We remind you that defects due to every-day use are not covered by warranty.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Yes, if we have not shipped your order yet, we can update or cancel your order at no further cost. All you need to do is write to us at support@otticanet.com Should you request a refund, we will credit the total amount back to the method of payment you had chosen upon placing the order.

Aside from Italy, it is possible to order prescription lenses. We have indicated in the product details if this option is available.
