Milan’s fashion week: new sunglasses

Milan’s fashion week: new sunglasses
-

Milan’s Fashion week for men just closed last week and we are really excited regarding the new proposals on the eyewear front. The Seventies mood continue to dominate the runways so be prepared to bring out those corduroy pants and floral shirts once again. The eyewear that was shown brings the look together and we will still see round and aviator shapes. The dominating lens tint is definitely yellow.

Prada's collection is inspired by a revisited 70’s college look. The mood is youthful yet preppy with tailored pants and parkas. The eyewear is real statement pieces. Over-sized aviator frames with yellow or shaded lenses either in metal or acetate.

Fendi presents a futuristic and clean collection with loads of suits in fifty shades of grey matched with odd snow gloves. The sunglasses are round and the bridge details bring out the avant garde look.

Missoni on the other hand is right on spot this season with its odd prints and earthy colours. A blast from the past! The look is more casual and the spectacles shown brings a quirky librarian to mind. Round or diamond-shaped, the keyword is to stand out!

Etro stood out from the other collections showing us a ski/timberjack mood mixing styles and looks. From the woods to the after-ski in Cortina. From Etro you will find both eccentric styles as well as more classic eyewear.
