FEES AND CUSTOM DUTIES
For all US customers Otticanet guarantees a tax-free transaction! If you received a bill for import taxes and duties you will just need to fill out the online form on this page, attach a copy of the invoice (the third page of the invoice where the order number appears) and we will refund you!
For all the customers that live outside the European Union, taxes are not included in the price. For this reason you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when the sunglasses reach your Country. Duties depend on the Customs of your country and not on Otticanet while they are on the recipient's charge.
Otticanet cannot control or predict these charges and their amount, as Custom policies vary widely from one country to the other. If you need more information about Customs fees, please contact your local Fedex or UPS or the Customs directly.
Duties are usually collected by the courier upon delivery but they may also be applied later.
