Return Policy

 

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED items within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

Orders placed during Black Friday and Cyber Monday can be returned by 10 January.


Before sending back the items, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please do not send your return if you have not received the return authorization number, the return instructions and the return address that are sent via email 24/48 working hours after the return request is submitted. In case the item is sent back without the return authorization number, we may charge additional handling fees.

All returns must be received: 

- after you have received your 'return for inspection number' (RFI) that must be requested submitting the online return form
- at the address you have received by email after the return request has been submitted. In case the return is sent to the wrong address, you will be charged $35 for extra handling.
- within 10 days from the date we accept the return request.
- unused, cleaned and not damaged.
- with original packaging with case, certificates, tags and bubble envelope with the stickers.
- complete of all of its parts and accessories.

Shipment must be notified to us by email the same day it ships out by also advising the tracking number if possible.

All returned items are carefully inspected and in case they are not in compliance with their original conditions, the return will not be accepted.
If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will refund you the cost of the product. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are at customers’ expense. There are no restocking fees.

Prescription lenses are not refundable if the frame is returned. In case of a colour change, prescription lenses can be adapted to the new frame of the same size.

Replacement glasses will be shipped after we receive the return.

We will not issue any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; anyway you will have the option to require the return of your item in the same condition Otticanet has received it, at your charges, within thirty (30) days after our notification of receipt.
Returns are processed within fifteen (15) business days from the delivery of the returned parcel.
Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the original purchase. PayPal extra charges will not be refunded.
Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
